Come Join in the fun at 2012's Fall Fellowship. Fall Fellowship will be on November 16th - 18th.
The Watonala Fun Factory will be open for business. We'll have lots of games, a little service to our beloved Camp Seminole, Lodge Elections for 2013's officers, a Brotherhood Ceremony, a Vigil Ceremony, and hopefully an EPIC game of GLOW IN THE DARK Ultimate Frisbee! All game winners will be placed in a drawing. Two winners will receive a free trip to the Section Seminar, and two winners will receive a free trip to Conclave! So bring your sleeping bag, a water bottle and everything else you need to BE PREPARED! We will be staying in the COPE Lodge. The fee for the weekend is $20. Bring an extra $10 if you would like to go through the Brotherhood Ceremony. If you need to pay your 2012 dues, or would like to pay 2013’s dues, bring another $10.
We will be having our Lodge Elections during supper at Fall Fellowship.
Anyone who will be under the age of 21 during the entire 2013 term is eligible to run for office. We will elect a Lodge Chief, Vice Chief, Secretary, and Treasurer.
If you wish to run for office, please submit a letter of intent to the Lodge Adviser no later than Friday, November 16th at 11:00 PM. If you are under the age of 18, this letter must accompany your parent or guardian's signature, and the signature of your Scoutmaster. Please state your intentions for running for office, what you would like to change, how you would like to change it, what you would like to continue doing, and where you feel the lodge should be in the future. If you plan on running for a lodge officer position, please keep in mind that you will be expected give a short speech during the election. If elected, you will be expected to attend all major Lodge functions, as well as the Lodge Leadership Development Conference on November 30th
– December 2nd
. The Lodge Leadership Development Conference will be where you begin to create and act out your vision for the 3013 year and learn specific skills that will help you do your job. If you have not already participated in one of these events, you should attend your choice of National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) locally, or the OA's National Leadership Seminar (NLS).

At any time before or during Winter Fellowship (January 18th
) you may compete for a chance to attend Conclave for FREE!
All you have to do is memorize a ceremony part and agree to attend Conclave as a competitor in the ceremonies competition. You may choose any part in the, Pre-Ordeal, and Ordeal ceremonies. You may submit your entry by video to the Lodge Adviser at
, or compete in person at Winter Fellowship. For all of those who are interested in competing in person, a sign-up sheet will be at registration for Winter Fellowship, and time will be made on the weekend’s schedule to compete.
Once the judges are confident that each role has been selected, that role is now closed. Upon the judge’s discretion, If you are not selected for the role, you may still get to attend Conclave for free if you would be willing to learn another role.
Section Seminar is fast approaching. If you would like to attend the seminar, the cost is $50 per person. This fee covers your Seminar fee, plus gas money to travel to Camp Euchee in Defuniack Springs, Florida. We will depart from Camp Seminole on Friday January 25th
at 6:00pm. Please plan to be there a little earlier than 5:00pm to load your gear and jump into a vehicle. We expect to be at Camp Euchee around midnight or soon after.
We will stop for a fast food meal on the way to the Seminar and will stop for a fast food lunch on the way back home Sunday.
Extra patches for the event are $3 each. Section logo patches are $4 each. Please let Lodge Adviser, Brice Stubbs, know if you would like to attend and if you would like any additional patches by December 1st
